Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

RVJerseys offers the following delivery options:

Priority Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 8–16 days after dispatch

Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 12–20 days after dispatch

All delivery times provided are estimates only, not guarantees. While delivery is usually completed within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, global supply chain disruptions, or high shipping volume.

Delays & Non-Delivery

RMVJerseys is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. Delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

If an order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, customers must contact RMVJerseys directly before opening any dispute or chargeback. We will contact the courier on the customer’s behalf to investigate the shipment status.

Failure to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback may result in the dispute being challenged using this policy and tracking confirmation.

Tracking & Responsibility

Once tracking information is provided, the order is considered in transit and under the responsibility of the courier. Delivery confirmation or proof of shipment constitutes fulfilment of our obligation.

RMVJerseys is not liable for:
• Delays caused by couriers or customs
• Incorrect delivery estimates
• Packages marked as delivered by the courier
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer
